This is my “Death eater costume” or makeover or whatever you might call it I wore for the last premier of Harry Potter and the deathly hallows. We went to a special session with both of the movies and loved it from beginning to end.

Ha vuelto a pasar.
Mega binge esta vez. Anoche, al llegar a casa me comí una bolsa entera de patatas fritas. Según la bolsa fueron 500kcal.
Y ahora no sé ni cómo sentirme ni nada… Estos ataques de ansiedad son lo peor.
¿Por qué siempre tendré que pagarlo todo con comer compulsivamente?
Hoy no he podido ir al gym. Ya sé que sólo son las 9:30, pero hoy simplemente NO PUEDO. Estoy muy cansada y menstrual.
Haré ejercicios aquí en casa y algo de bicicleta para no perder la forma y eso. Pero salir a la calle con este frío no es una opción.
Mi antes y después. Más bien es un durante, porque pretendo adelgazar bastante más, pero bueno, por lo pronto…
Si he tardado tanto es por los atracones de ansiedad, las etapas en las que pierdes la ilusión y lo mandas todo a la mierda. Pero ahora estoy mejor.

If it’s been so long is because of the anxiety binge eating, those periods in which you lose all hope and send everything to hell. But now I’m doing better.
